Gretna Irrigation is Jeremy Zink — one person, one truck, and a standard he doesn't move. That's worked since 2024, and it's exactly why we now need help: word got around, the phone kept ringing, and one person can only be in one yard at a time.

So we're expanding. Not to become a big shop with a call center and a rotating crew — that's the thing customers are relieved we aren't. We're expanding to keep up with the trust we've earned, without becoming the kind of company that loses it.

Which makes hiring a real decision here. Every person we add either holds that standard or dilutes it; there's nowhere to hide on a two-person job. If you do irrigation work properly — laborer, tech, or someone who's run their own crew — and you show up when you said you would, we want to hear from you.
